a bi-monthly magazine which details up and coming events (local and
international), items of interest to folk dancers, and members'
contributions. If you wish to receive a complete printed copy of "Footnotes"
posted to you,
subscriptions are AU$25 per annum (OR choosing emailed copies will
discount subscription membership to AU$20 per annum). Download and print out this
membership form

to send it with a cheque for membership subscription to the FDA
Treasurer (the form has details). Membership also entitles you
to discount entry to FDA functions.
